Idaho Code § 30-21-209

Signing of entity filing

I.C., § 30-21 -209, as added by 2015, ch. 243, § 8, p. 758.

(1) Signing an entity filing is an affirmation under the penalties of perjury that the facts stated in the filing are true in all material respects.

(2) A record filed under this act may be signed by an agent. Whenever this act requires a particular individual to sign an entity filing and the individual is deceased or incompetent, the filing may be signed by a legal representative of the individual.

(3) A person that signs a record as an agent or legal representative affirms as a fact that the person is authorized to sign the record.
