Idaho Code § 30-21-402

Entities required to designate and maintain registered agent

I.C., § 30-21 -402, as added by 2015, ch. 243, § 10, p. 758.

The following shall designate and maintain a registered agent in this state:

(1) A domestic filing entity;

(2) A domestic limited liability partnership; and

(3) A registered foreign entity.
