Addresses in filing
I.C., § 30-21 -403, as added by 2015, ch. 243, § 10, p. 758.
If a provision of this part other than section 30-21-410(a)(4), Idaho Code, requires that a record state an address, the record must state:
(1) A street address in this state; and
(2) A mailing address in this state if different from the address described in subsection (1) of this section.
