Becoming partner

Known as the Idaho Uniform Partnership Act

(1) Upon formation of a partnership, a person becomes a partner under section 30-23-202(a), Idaho Code.

(2) After formation of a partnership, a person becomes a partner: As provided in the partnership agreement;

(3) As a result of a transaction effective under chapter 22, title 30, Idaho Code; or

(4) With the affirmative vote or consent of all the partners.

(5) A person may become a partner without: Acquiring a transferable interest; or

(6) Making or being obligated to make a contribution to the partnership.
