Idaho Code § 30-23-505

Power of legal representative of deceased partner

Known as the Idaho Uniform Partnership Act

The act spans §§ 30–30 (63 sections).

If a partner dies, the deceased partner’s legal representative may exercise:

(1) The rights of a transferee provided in section 30-23-503(c), Idaho Code; and

(2) For purposes of settling the estate, the rights the deceased partner had under section 30-23-408, Idaho Code.
