Power of legal representative of deceased partner
Known as the Idaho Uniform Limited Partnership Act
The act spans §§ 30–30 (65 sections).
I.C., § 30-24 -704, as added by 2015, ch. 243, § 39, p. 758.
If a partner dies, the deceased partner’s legal representative may exercise:
(1) The rights of a transferee provided in section 30-24-702(c), Idaho Code; and
(2) For the purposes of settling the estate, the rights of a current limited partner under section 30-24-304, Idaho Code.
