Power of legal representative of deceased member
Known as the Idaho Uniform Limited Liability Company Act
The act spans §§ 30–30 (51 sections).

If a member dies, the deceased member’s legal representative may exercise:
(1) The rights of a transferee provided in section 30-25-502(c), Idaho Code; and
(2) For the purposes of settling the estate, the rights the deceased member had under section 30-25-410, Idaho Code.
