Idaho Code § 31-3505B

Approval by the county commissioners

The county commissioners shall approve an application for financial assistance if it determines that necessary medical services have been or will be provided to a medically indigent resident in accordance with this chapter; provided, the amount approved when paid, at the reimbursement rate, by the obligated county for any medically indigent resident shall not exceed the lesser of:

(1) The total sum of eleven thousand dollars ($11,000) in the aggregate per resident in any consecutive twelve (12) month period; or

(2) The reimbursement for services recommended by any or all of the utilization management activities pursuant to section 31-3502, Idaho Code.
