(1) The Governor shall thereupon appoint the Idaho members of the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education.
(2) The qualifications and terms of office of the members of the Commission for this state shall conform with the provisions of Article IV of the Compact as it appears in section 33-3601[, Idaho Code].
(3) The Governor may remove a member of the Commission for cause after notice and public hearing.
