Idaho Code § 33-3813

Construction of act. — The powers conferred by this act shall be in addition to and supplemental to, and the limitations imposed by this act shall not affect the powers conferred by any other law, general or special, and bonds may be issued hereunder notwithstanding the provisions of any other such law and without regard to the procedure required by any other such law. Insofar as the provisions of the act are inconsistent with the provisions of any other law, general or special, the provisions of sections 33-3801
