Interstate agreement on qualification of educational personnel. — The interstate agreement on qualification of educational personnel is hereby enacted into law and entered into with all jurisdictions legally joining therein as outlined in the national association of state directors of teacher education and certification (NASDTEC) interstate agreement, 2010
