Known as the Syringe and Needle Exchange Act
The act spans §§ 37–37 (6 sections).

As used in this chapter:
(1) “Department” means the state department of health and welfare.
(2) “Director” means the director of the department.
(3) “Entity” means: The department;
(4) A government entity; or
(5) A private organization, whether for profit or nonprofit.
