Idaho Code § 39-3521

Issuance and renewal of certification

Each certificate shall be issued only for the home and provider named in the application and shall not be transferable or assignable. Each certified family home is required to renew its certification annually. The application for renewal shall be filed with the regional office of the department within thirty (30) days prior to the date of expiration. The existing certificate, unless suspended or revoked, shall remain in force and effect until the department has acted upon the application renewal when such application for renewal is timely filed.
