Idaho Code § 39-3913

Confidentiality of and access to records

(1) Records developed by the evaluation committee and records contained in court files of judicial proceedings brought under this chapter shall be governed by the provisions of chapter 1, title 74, Idaho Code.

(2) The administrative director of the courts shall compile statistics for each calendar year, accessible to the public, including: The total number of petitions filed pursuant to this chapter;

(3) The number of petitions in which the evaluation committee recommended a procedure and the number of petitions in which the evaluation committee recommended against a procedure;

(4) The number of petitions granted by the court;

(5) For categories described in paragraphs (b) and (c) of this subsection, the number of appeals taken from the court’s order in each category; and

(6) For each of the categories set out in paragraph (d) of this subsection, the number of cases for which the district court’s order was affirmed and the number of cases for which the district court’s order was reversed.
