Idaho Code § 40-1504

Publication of notice

I.C., § 40-1504, as added by 1985, ch. 253, § 2, p. 586.

The clerk of commissioners of each of the counties concerned shall cause to be published a copy of notice as provided by section 40-206, Idaho Code.
