Idaho Code § 40-2306

Felling tree into highway — Penalty

I.C., § 40-2306, as added by 1985, ch. 253, § 2, p. 586.

Whoever cuts down a tree so that it falls upon a highway shall remove the tree, and is liable to a penalty of ten dollars ($10.00) for every day the tree remains on the highway.
