Unauthorized insurers process act — Title — Interpretation

(1) Sections 41-1204 through 41-1210[, Idaho Code,] constitute and may be cited as the unauthorized insurers process act.
(2) Such act shall be so interpreted as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law of those states which enact it.
