Idaho Code § 41-1302

Unfair methods of competition and deceptive act prohibited

(1) No person shall engage in this state in any trade practice which is prohibited in this chapter, or defined in this chapter as, or determined pursuant to this chapter to be, an unfair method of competition or an unfair or deceptive act or practice in the business of insurance.

(2) No person shall engage in dishonest or predatory insurance practices in marketing or sales of insurance to service members of the United States armed forces. Notwithstanding any other provision of title 41, Idaho Code, the director may promulgate rules to define dishonest, unfair, deceptive or predatory military sales practices.
