Idaho Code § 41-2512

Relieving liability for disclosure of cancellation and nonrenewal information

Known as the Idaho Transportation Network Insurance Act

The act spans §§ 41–41 (21 sections).

There shall be no liability on the part of and no cause of action of any nature shall arise against the director, or the insurer, its authorized representative, its agents, its employees, or any firm, person or corporation furnishing to the insurer information as to reasons for cancellation or refusal to renew any policy under sections 41-2506 through 41-2512[, Idaho Code,] of this act, for any statement made by any of them in any written notice or explanation of cancellation or refusal to renew, for the providing of information pertaining thereto, or for statements made or evidence submitted at the hearings conducted in connection therewith.
