Idaho Code § 41-2828

Insurance business exclusive

1961, ch. 330, § 596, p. 645.

A domestic insurer heretofore or hereafter formed shall not have corporate power to engage, and shall not directly or indirectly engage, in any business other than the insurance business and in business activities reasonably and necessarily incidental to such insurance business; except that a title insurer may also engage in business as an escrow agent.
