Examination authority
Known as the Reinsurance Intermediary Act
The act spans §§ 41–41 (11 sections).

(1) A reinsurance intermediary shall be subject to examination by the director. The director shall have access to all books, bank accounts and records of the reinsurance intermediary in a form usable to the director.
(2) A RM may be examined as if it were the reinsurer.
