Idaho Code § 41-6008

Rulemaking authority. [Null and void, effective July 1, 2024.]

I.C., § 41-6008, as added by 2010, ch. 32, § 1, p. 60.

Upon consultation with the board, the director shall have the authority to promulgate rules necessary to implement this chapter.
