Idaho Code § 41-916

Reporting of actions

I.C., § 41-916, as added by 2010, ch. 31, § 2, p. 51.

(1) An administrator shall report to the director any administrative action taken against the administrator in another jurisdiction or by another governmental agency within thirty (30) days of the final disposition of the matter. The report shall include a copy of the order, consent order or other relevant legal documents.

(2) Within thirty (30) days of the initial pretrial hearing date, an administrator shall report to the director any criminal prosecution of the administrator or an individual responsible for the conduct of its affairs taken in any jurisdiction. The report shall include a copy of the initial complaint filed, the order resulting from the hearing and any other relevant legal documents.
