Snake River Compact ratified. — Ratification and approval is hereby given to the Snake River Compact as signed at the city of Cheyenne in the state of Wyoming on the 10th day of October, 1949, by the commissioners of the state of Idaho, acting pursuant to authority granted by sections 42-3313
