Idaho Code § 43-721

Tax deed as evidence

1919, ch. 61, § 3, p. 195; C.S., § 4399; I.C.A., § 42-719.

Such deed duly acknowledged and proved, is prima facie evidence of the regularity of all other proceedings, from the assessment by the secretary inclusive, up to the execution of the deed.
