There is hereby established in the department of self-governing agencies a state board of pharmacy whose responsibilities shall be to enforce the provisions of this act. The board shall have all of the duties, powers and authority specifically granted by and necessary to the enforcement of this act, as well as such other duties, powers and authority as it may be granted from time to time by appropriate statute.
