Compensation of board members

(1) Each member of the board of pharmacy shall be compensated as provided by section 59-509(p), Idaho Code, for each day on which the member is engaged in performance of the official duties of the board, and reimbursement for all expenses incurred in connection with the discharge of such official duties.

(2) The executive director of the board of pharmacy shall be a nonclassified officer and shall receive, as compensation, an annual salary payable on regular pay periods, the amount of which shall be determined by the board, and reimbursement for all expenses incurred in connection with performance of his official duties.
