Idaho Code § 54-1724

Renewal of licenses

Known as the Idaho Pharmacy Act

(1) Each pharmacist shall apply for license renewal annually no later than the last day of the licensee’s birth month. The board shall renew the license of each pharmacist who is qualified to engage in the practice of pharmacy.

(2) The board shall specify by rule or regulation the procedures to be followed and the fees to be paid for renewal of licenses.
