Known as the Idaho Pharmacy Act
The act spans §§ 54-1701 to 54-1771 (77 sections).

All registered drug outlets shall report to the board of pharmacy the occurrence of any of the following changes:
(1) Permanent closing;
(2) Change of ownership, management, or location;
(3) Disasters, accidents, and emergencies that affect the safe and continued operation of a drug outlet; and
(4) Any and all other matters and occurrences as the board may require by rules.
