Idaho Code § 54-1757

Known as the Idaho Pharmacy Act

(1) Upon a finding that a wholesale distributor is in violation of any provision of this chapter or of this act, or such rules or standards of conduct and practice as may be adopted by the board, and in accordance with the provisions of chapter 52, title 67, Idaho Code, the board may impose any one (1) or more of the penalties provided for in section 54-1728, Idaho Code.

(2) Imposition of a penalty by the board or other action against a wholesale distributor by the board as set forth in this act shall not be construed as barring other civil, administrative or criminal proceedings or prosecutions or entry of any available penalty or sanction as authorized by law.
