All fees of any kind collected under the provisions of this act shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of a separate fund to be known as the state board of medicine fund to be used for carrying out the purposes and objectives of this act, and to pay all costs and expenses incurred in connection therewith. Moneys shall be paid out of the fund upon warrants drawn by the state controller upon presentation of proper vouchers approved by the board.
