Meetings — Quorum

The board shall hold not less than two (2) regular meetings each year for the purpose of transacting such business as may properly come before it. Each year the board shall elect officers. Special or regular monthly meetings of the board may be held at such times as the board may provide in the rules. A majority of the board shall constitute a quorum. Two (2) members of the board may call a special meeting at any time. Due notice of each meeting of the board and the time and place thereof shall be given each member in the manner prescribed in the rules. Each member of the board shall be compensated as provided by section 59-509(n), Idaho Code, and paid from the public works contractors license board fund.
