Known as the Idaho Professional Geologists Act

Applications for registration shall be on forms prescribed and furnished by the board. The application shall be made under oath, and shall show the applicant’s education and a detailed summary of his geologic work.

(1) The application fee for professional geologists shall be set by the board at not more than one hundred dollars ($100).

(2) Should the board deny the issuance of a certificate of registration to any applicant, the application fee shall be retained by the board.
