Idaho Code § 54-311

Temporary license

Known as the Idaho Architecture Practice Act

(1) The board may grant a temporary license to any person who, for the purpose of offering to render architectural services and for that purpose only, has submitted to the board a complete application for an architect’s license under this chapter and who, at the time of application, holds a valid and current license in good standing as an architect issued by the authorized regulatory entity of another state, territory or jurisdiction of the United States.

(2) A temporary license is valid for six (6) months from the date it is issued. A temporary license is nonrenewable and shall expire automatically upon issuance of a full initial license.
