Known as the Idaho Freedom of Choice of Dentures Act
The act spans §§ 54-3301 to 54-3323 (23 sections).

From and after April 1, 1983, a person must hold a license for the practice of denturitry in order to perform the following acts:
(1) Engage or offer to engage, in the practice of denturitry; or
(2) Use in connection with his/her name the word “denturist” or any other words, letters, abbreviations or insignia implying that such person is engaged in the practice of denturitry.
