Upon payment of the fee enumerated in this chapter, the board may grant a license to any person who, at the time of application, is licensed or certified as a licensed professional counselor, licensed clinical professional counselor, licensed associate marriage and family therapist or licensed marriage and family therapist by an agency located in another state, territory or foreign country and who meets the qualifications established by board rule.
