(1) The board shall establish fees for licensure under the provisions of this chapter as follows: The fee for applications not to exceed one hundred seventy-five dollars ($175);
(2) The fee for examination, when required, equal to that charged by the national examining entity plus an administration fee not to exceed twenty-five dollars ($25.00);
(3) The fee for endorsement not to exceed one hundred seventy-five dollars ($175);
(4) The fee for the original license not to exceed one hundred seventy-five dollars ($175);
(5) The fee for annual renewal not to exceed one hundred seventy-five dollars ($175); and
(6) The fee for the original registration of interns not to exceed twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
(7) All fees paid pursuant to this section shall be nonrefundable except that, if a license fee is tendered but the board does not issue a license, the respective license fee shall be returned.
