Idaho Code § 54-4112

Regular examinations

Known as the Idaho Real Estate Appraisers Act

The board shall hold each year at least one (1) examination for licensure or certification to practice real estate appraisal, if there be any such applicants. The examinations shall be conducted by the real estate appraiser board under fair and wholly impartial methods and subject to such rules as the board may establish to test the applicant’s qualifications in all branches of the professional practice of appraisal.
