Idaho Code § 54-4119

Penalty for violation

Known as the Idaho Real Estate Appraisers Act

Any person who acts as or holds himself out to be, a state licensed or certified residential or state certified general real estate appraiser within the meaning of this chapter without first obtaining a license or certificate as provided herein, may be punished by a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000) or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not to exceed one (1) year, or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court. The board may prefer a complaint for violation of any section of this chapter before any court of competent jurisdiction and in any manner prescribed in section 54-4118, Idaho Code.
