Reissuance of revoked license or permit
Known as the Idaho Residential Care Facility Administrators Act
The act spans §§ 54-4201 to 54-4216 (16 sections).

(1) The board may, in its discretion, reissue a license or permit to any person whose license or permit has been revoked.
(2) Application for the reissuance of a license or permit shall be made in such manner as the board may direct in accordance with its rules.
