Idaho Code § 54-4309

Issuance of license or temporary permit

I.C., § 54-4309, as added by 1991, ch. 294, § 1, p. 760.

The board based upon recommendation of the licensure board shall issue a license or temporary permit to any person who meets the requirements of this chapter upon payment of the prescribed license or temporary permit fees. The board may, in its discretion, by rule or regulation, provide for the proration of fees charged in conjunction with the initial application by a person for a license or temporary permit if such license or temporary permit shall, upon issuance, remain valid for less than one (1) full calendar year before the required renewal date as provided for in section 54-4310, Idaho Code.
