Idaho Code § 54-4501

Short title

Known as the Public Works Construction Management Licensing Act

I.C., § 54-4501, as added by 1998, ch. 410, § 1, p. 1267.

The provisions of this chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Public Works Construction Management Licensing Act of 1998.”
