Idaho Code § 54-5024

All money received by the board or the division of building safety under the terms and provisions of this chapter, shall be paid into the state treasury as directed by the provisions of section 59-1014, Idaho Code, and shall be placed, by the state treasurer, to the credit of the Idaho heating, ventilation and air conditioning board fund, which fund is hereby created as a dedicated fund. All such moneys hereafter placed in said fund, are hereby set aside and perpetually appropriated to the division of building safety to carry into effect the provisions of this chapter.
