Reinstatement of registration after discipline
Known as the Idaho Contractor Registration Act
The act spans §§ 54-5201 to 54-5219 (19 sections).

The board may reinstate a suspended or revoked registration upon a showing that:
(1) The grounds for such suspension or revocation have been eliminated;
(2) Such a violation is not likely to reoccur in the future; and
(3) The public interest is not jeopardized by reinstating the registration.
