Idaho Code § 54-5312

Classifications of licenses

Known as the Idaho Liquefied Petroleum Gas Public Safety Act

The act spans §§ 54-5301 to 54-5318 (18 sections).

For the purpose of administering the provisions of this chapter, the board may issue licenses in such types and classifications as may be necessary and as determined by board rule. Such license types may include, but not be limited to:

(1) An LPG dealer;

(2) An LPG facility;

(3) Any other licenses for persons, businesses or facilities engaged in activities regulated under this chapter that the board determines require a license and are not otherwise exempt under the provisions of this chapter.
