Violations and penalties

Known as the Idaho Liquefied Petroleum Gas Public Safety Act

Any person who shall practice or offer to practice as an LPG dealer or any person who shall operate or attempt to operate an LPG facility as defined in this chapter, without first having a valid and current and unsuspended license issued under the provisions of this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, for each violation, shall be subject to punishment by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or by imprisonment for a period of not more than six (6) months, or both.
