Idaho Code § 60-304

Legal material in official electronic record

Known as the Uniform Electronic Legal Material Act

The act spans §§ 60–60 (11 sections).

I.C., § 60-304, as added by 2014, ch. 278, § 1, p. 702.

(1) If an official publisher publishes legal material only in an electronic record, the publisher shall: Designate the electronic record as official; and

(2) Comply with sections 60-305, 60-307 and 60-308, Idaho Code.

(3) An official publisher that publishes legal material in an electronic record and also publishes the material in a record other than an electronic record may designate the electronic record as official if the publisher complies with sections 60-305, 60-307 and 60-308, Idaho Code.
