(1) The county treasurer shall issue consecutively numbered licenses for each class provided for in this chapter. The licenses shall have essentially the following information: County issuing the license;
(2) Type of license and amount paid;
(3) Person or business to whom issued;
(4) Date of issuance and expiration date;
(5) Treasurer’s signature.
(6) The treasurer shall keep in his office an accounting for all licenses sold by him.
