The provisions of this chapter prescribing powers and duties of the division of occupational and professional licenses concerning regulation, examination, licensure, fees, and deposit thereof for trades, occupations, or professions shall be applicable only where such powers and duties are not invested by other provisions of law in any other board, commission, department, or agency.
