Should an applicant who is required to procure a license from the division of occupational and professional licenses as a prerequisite for engaging in a trade, occupation, or profession fail to pass the required examination, the applicant may be reexamined at any regular or special meeting of the division as it may be authorized to act for such board of examiners. Every person who is licensed by the division of occupational and professional licenses as a prerequisite to engage in a trade, occupation, or profession may, upon the payment of a fee, receive a certificate setting forth that the holder thereof is duly registered and licensed to practice his profession in the state of Idaho.
